By portraying the Ink Assassin, this design encourages us to link the figure to the power of language. Just as an assassin moves unseen, words can penetrate the deepest defenses, altering lives and destinies with their silent force. The imagery of the assassin serves as a metaphor for the unseen and often underestimated power of words.
Obverse: The obverse of the “Ink Assassin” coin features a hauntingly detailed depiction of a lone assassin, cloaked in shadows, leading a cadre of silent figures who merge with the darkness. The lead assassin, poised with a menacing sword, exudes an aura of lethal precision. Behind him, the shadowy forms of other assassins are barely discernible, their glowing eyes hinting at their presence.
